Moving what to do?
Hello fellow crabbers! I have a question, so my family and I are moving somewhere new in a few weeks. Our tank is too heavy with everything in it to travel so I would have to take everything out of the tank including the crabs. Some of my crabs are molting and they usually take more than a month. What do I do? I’m trying to get this figured out before we move. Also I’m going to have to completely empty the sand and eco earth out how should I go about doing this. Should I get new sand or keep the sand that’s in the tank? Thanks in advance and happy crabbing!

You can fill buckets with sand if you want to reuse it, but if you don’t have the space you can just toss it out and buy new later. Sand isn’t expensive.
As for the crabs, you can carry them in small containers lined with moss, but anyone you dig up will have to remain separate until they’re moving around as normal.
