Cockroaches in and around tank

For a couple months my house has had a bad cockroach problem and its very stressful because of the fact that we cant do any type of extermanation or bombing with my hermit crabs. Every night i see at least 5 roaches in the tank and its done numbers on my mental health. I love my hermies to death but idk what i could possibly do besides put them up for adoption so i can take care of this infestation because I'd rather do that then end up killing them on accident. I really dont wanna get rid of them but im stuck on what to do. Im still a minor and was thinking about just living with it till i move out of my moms house but again its mentally draining. I could use any advice any of you can lend it would help a whole lot

I'm sorry, I'm sure that is super stressful. Most things that hermit crabs love, roaches also love. This thread has some better ideas than I could give.

Hopefully this helps. If you need to maybe you could ask nearby crab enthusiasts if they'd babysit them for you?

Tysm! I'm gojng to buy some sticky traps to place around the tank and I've been killing any i see. My mom wants to get an exterminator but i have a 40 gallon with 6 inches of sand so it would be incredibly difficult and stressful for me and the crabs to move it anywhere if she decides to
