Cold shells
So I've had my crabs for a month or two but I've run into a problem my crabs were inactive and their shells were cold and the heat is 80 degrees and the humidity is 70% so why are their shells cold and inactive also they are alive two are up now

What type of thermometer/hygrometer are you using? Analog ones aren't very accurate.
