Changing Decor?

How often do you change the decor in your crabitat? How often is too often to change things around? I'm trying to keep my crabs lives entertaining but not stressful.
I will change out some smaller things that sit on the surface every month or so. Things like pieces of wood, trees, and saucers.
Big overhauls that take a lot of time I try to limit to every 6 months or so.
With any changes be sure to keep molter's in mind. They can easily be in or near anything you change.
