Hello! Iโ€™m new here and also a soon to be new hermit crab Dad ๐Ÿ˜Š. But I wanted to know whatโ€™s the best & safest way to Dechlorinate fresh water for them to drink and to use to mist my tank down to keep the substrate damp enough for them. How to dechlorinate like a gallon of water or 2 liters. Most effective way? Thank you!

Usually you can buy a dechlorinating agent for aquariums and follow the package instructions. It should ideally remove chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals, and ammonia.

Be sure to read through the 'water' care sheet - it explains all about what you need for both fresh and salt water.
