Should I add a crab friend?

Hi all! I currently have 2 small-ish (ping pong ball size-ish) crabs in a 10 gallon tank. I am wondering if it would be a bad idea to add a third one, or if I'd need a bigger tank. I just know that crabs like friends and my 2 have seemed a little lonely lately.

Hmmm....ping pong ball might be getting toward medium size (if not now, very soon). Another would probably be a bit too crowded.

I wouldn’t. You’ll need at least a 20G at that point.

I'm with CS and Hermit, I'd upgrade to at least a 20 gal before I got a 3rd crabby.
