Are these safe or unsafe??

I have two questions on whether I can feed these to my crabs or no.

1. Organic baby food. Ingredients: organic mango purée, organic yellow zucchini, organic yellow corn, water, organic lemon juice concentrate, organic ground turmeric.


2. Dried fruit and nut mix. Ingredients: dried apples (dried apples, sodium sulfate). Dried figs (dried figs, dextrose, potassium sorbate). Dried cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil, raisins, palm oil, and shelled walnuts.

All of the ingredients in the baby food are safe for hermit crabs.
In the dried fruits/nuts there is added sugar which generally is not given to crabs.
