Hello!
I haven't actually adopted a hermit crab, however I am interested and getting lots of info before I make the decision. Something that was bothering me was that I wasn't seeing much about putting live plants in a crabitat. That would be the way I'd like to go. Is it simply an issue of toxicity? Or more that the crabs are likely to destroy them?
If live plants are an okay choice, what are some recommended options?

Have you looked at the care sheet section? AussieJJ has put together a really comprehensive guide to live plants!
