I have the Instant Ocean sea salt, and it says "Use 1/2 cup of Instant Ocean per each U.S. gallon of water."
Thing is, I just mix it into water bottles. I don't have a jug.
Normally a water bottle is 16.9 FL OZ (1.05 PINTS) 500mL (just writing from what I see)
So how much salt do I add to the bottle? I don't want to risk putting in too much.
Thank you!
