Very nice! Are the gem stones mainly for decorative and weighing down purposes? And do you find the air stones to be a good addition or necessity? I’ve also been thinking about this.
Thanks!

Personally I find the air stones to be a GREAT addition. I had to mist constantly but with the air stones in both pools my humidity stays up without misting. Plus it's moving the water, so I only do water changes every 3 days instead of daily.

Those gemstones are in the container below the main one, so the crabs can’t touch them. I just did that so I coukd remember which is salt or fresh water, and for decoration. Airstones are great, I love mine!

I use stacks of shells for the stairway into the pools, they aren't siliconed down so that way I can scrub the shells when I clean the water dishes. I've never had issues with the crabs knocking the stacks over, so it works for me.

Does that make sense?
