I would be terrified, LOL. That's just me! But I do think a 2nd level pool IS possible - I would, myself, shore it up on the bottom. I'd probably use natural sticks, branches as a "surface" for the bottom of the tank and have their legs go down to the sub. Think of it kinda like, building a small "tree hide". If you can, put egg crate plastic and drill some holes in your pool an then zip tie them to the crate on the side, with wood "help" underneath. Try to make sure the pool is level and there's branch support under it. I'm not an engineer by any means but, good luck!
