Duckweed questions

Post by Pumpkincrab » Mon Aug 01, 2022 5:11 pm

I got a few little duckweed for free today from my local pet shop. I've heard that they tend to die off/not grow as well when the water is "moving"- which is what I have (air stones).
Should I let them grow out in a different container before adding them to the tank? Any care tips? Thanks :)

You’ll probably have to if the crab water is too disturbed. So long as the duckweed has light and nutrients it’ll do just fine
