Water dishes.
If I have a larger dish and a smaller dish in my crabitat, should the larger dish be salt water or fresh water? Does it matter?

Re: Water dishes.
It’s personal preference, really. Hermit crabs have setal tufts on their claws that allow them to get water so submersion isn’t a must for PPs

Re: Water dishes.
If wider, yes. Increased surface area means increased evaporation

Thanks! I have a really wide dish I'll try in one of my tanks, the one I've had trouble keeping the humidity up in.
