Overbubbling Bubble Pool

Post by Guest » Thu Dec 28, 2006 1:06 am

I've had a bubble pool for a while now but I recently have been annoyed with it bubbling over/excessive evaporation levels. The air pump is only a 10 gallon and it is only bubbling the center of the pool. Any ideas?

Most pumps either have a knob on the bottom of them, or come with a little black piece that you put between two air tubes to regulate air flow. If you don't have either of those, you can go to any pet store that has aquariums, and they should have them there for <$2.

I anchor my bubbler down with coral and try to block the breaking points with it also--I have to sometimes stuff sponges around otherwise I end up with soaked substrate, it just takes playing with it. If I had a knob it would be wonderful
