***IMPORTANT***Water disinfecting treatment

Post by KellyCrabbieLove » Sat Jan 31, 2015 12:43 pm

I just received an email from my water company. I am in Indianapolis, IN and have city water provided by citizens energy group.

They informed me that they would be doing disinfecting of the water. It is safe for us but will have extra chlorine in it.

They go on to remind those with fish tanks or sensitive plants to take the extra precautions to remove that excess chlorine to avoid hurting their pets or plants.

Make sure to dechlorinate your water well. It will be especially dangerous now.

I thought it was nice too. I don't know if anyone besides megmaholm and I are in Indiana but I wanted to be sure to let everyone know.

Aww, that is so sweet! :D So nice of them to think of the fish (and crabs!) and houseplants.

Also, your water is probably going to taste a little funny. But hey, clean water is good, right?
