How long should i wait to put my dechlor water in my hermit crab tank( i used Aqueon tap conditioner)

Have you ever put a drop of food coloring in water before and watch how it spreads? Dechlor behaves the same way. Give it a quick shake or stir and it's immediately ready to use.

I use the exact same conditioner, and I've had to use it to make FW to put in my tank immediately. It says on the bottle that it is fine to use as soon as you mix it, but I try to let my water sit so that it can do a good job dechlorinating the water. I use a gallon jug, and I make more when I am close to running out, by dumping the excess water out, and I fill the gallon up with water, then put the conditioner in. I usually let it sit for a day, just to make sure it really has an effect on the tap water. But I'm pretty sure you can use it right after you mix it.
