Yeah I've been trying to figure out some sort of downspout for it, but nothing i do seems to make the water want to flow properly. i'll get it or i'll change it lol.

woah that was quick reply. XD

Downspout!! so that's how its called! guess i cant help much since i'm no good at these kind of things. if it does not work out, it still looks like an amazing cave/climbing area for the crabs though :) the dripping cave is quite a good idea too. bet the crabs will love it either way.

anyways, good luck getting it to what you visioned it to be! and i cant wait for more pics. XD

When working with water, always check to make sure it's just a bit off of level. I have a horrible time judging pitch by eye, but they make very nice little levels that will squeeze into tight places!

Hey thanks for the help everyone, I'll sketch it out with my tablet when i get back from the liquidation center.

I was really hoping for a curtain of water which is why i tilted the platform up in the front a bit to make a nice pool.

here's a couple sketches of the rig.

the first one is how it should flow and the second is how it is flowing

in the second one you can see how it rolls along the underside of the rock to the back then the water finds any way it can to get out. and there's a few little holes out the sides as well.

I've been trying to devise a temporary ledge there, but so far nothing. I might abandon this as a water feature and use it just as a jungle gym. i do have two other structures in the process of being made as well.

maybe run a vine across the bottom of the ledge? The leaves will help too.

its easy lol. Just need rocks some fake plants, cement and aquarium sealant lol.

Then you play tetris with the peices and you try every possible configuration untill you see something neat and then bam! glue em together :)
