I have their freshwater, pellets, nuts and their fruit and veggies stuff. I gave them some apple last night with coconut and carrots. The nut bowl has pecans, walnuts and raisins.

I change their water dishes every other day unless they get super nasty. Dry stuff I'll let go a day or 2 if they don't eat much of it, although I'll frequently do it every day just to give them variety. Supplement dish with worm castings, calcium, and mineral supplement get changed and refilled as needed, usually a couple times a week. I try to get fresh food out within 24 hours because I'm constantly battling fruit flies and don't want to encourage them.

i change my gang's water every 3 days and the food every 2 days.

I change water every 2-3 days unless needed sooner (though really daily is best).

Most of the time I leave food until it gets gross - usually adding a little to it here and there before I dump it. For example: Monday I loaded their dish up with tons of dried foods, Tuesday I added a couple fresh veggies and some rice, yesterday I gave them some eggs and fresh mango. This morning what's left of the veggies and eggs is looking kinda yucky so I'll dump it. If food gets nasty faster or if I'm dealing with bugs, I change it sooner. Today I'm feeding baby clams/mussels/scallops, green apple puree, pumpkin guts w/seeds, and coconut. This will most definitely need to be dumped by tomorrow.

Water every other day unless it's full of dirt, food every 2-3 days as long as its dry enough food (though I add to it).

Something I noticed was that mine didn't seem terribly interested in "overly fresh" cooked meat, and would only take interest in it after it had been there a while, but I didn't want to leave meat in there that long to breed bugs. But if I soak it in water and then stimulate aging under a heat lamp for a few hours, they go crazy for it as soon as it goes in the tank.
