"Jungle" brand salt water conditoner
"Jungle" brand salt water conditoner
I saw this brand of sea salt called "jungle" on Amazon. Okay I guess I don't know if it's new, but I'm on a budget, and it's really cheap. Is it safe? a girl commented saying she uses it for her hermit crabs...but idk.. It's not on the safe list, but I'm seriously considering it since the price is so great. Any comments or concerns? This is the link to it......http://www.amazon.com/Jungle-NJ007-Aqua ... arium+salt Thanks for the help guys!

No, you need a product for saltwater tanks, like Instant Ocean. It should be right around the same price at a pet store. ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

Well, I ordered some instant ocean this morning, but unfortunately I live no where near a pet store, ( I live in a remote area) so I'm hoping it arrives quickly! I'm due for water changes, and was gone for a week for a wedding , and when my hubby was getting ready to do their water he knocked over the last of the salt water. They don't sell salt water mix at Wal-Mart at all here except for just plain aquarium salt like listed above. So I guess my question is, is better to leave the water dish that needs changed or buy the other temporarily until the instant ocean arrives? Gah. I promise this is not common, usually the crabbies come first...this last week has just been bad all around! But I'm worried about them...I usually change their water every two days, and now it's been four!
bah. I put express shipping, but with where I live it doesn't always happen.
