Is It 100% Necessary to let water that you have dechlorinated sit for 24-48 hours? I've been doing this by cleaning a few empty bottles, filling them up with water, dropping the water conditioner as recommended, then letting them sit for 24-48 hours. I'm now wondering if I actually need to do this.

That’s not necessary! Only if you have no way of treating it, would you need to let it sit out

Yes, I have been dripping the conditioner in the water as well, but I've been letting the water bottles sit as I mentioned above just to be safe.

No need to let it sit. That's what the conditioner is for.

Most conditioners work almost immediately. There is no need to let the water sit.

If there are still harmful compounds in the water you need either more conditioner or a new one altogether.

I use the Prime, and then use the water immediately
