Hello

We are new to the hermit carb world. I have been using the bottle hermit carb freshwater and saltwater for our two hermit carb’s drinking “ponds”.

My question is what should I use to mist the tank and keep the bedding moist?

The people at Petsmart told me to use our regular bottled water.

Welcome! Unfortunately most things marketed for hermit crabs aren't good for them. You should use a dechlorinater such as Prime. Then add Instant Ocean to dechlorinated water for their salt water. If you must mist your tank use the dechlorinated fresh water.
