It does sound like you have a very nice group of sweeties.
I would estimate somewhere between 3 days to a week would be normal. I know that seems like quite a range, but every crab is different. The resting peroid does seem to have a lot to do with them hardening, I think they aren't in a big hurry to get up and about until they've hardened, which is the way nature intented. I'm just basing this off the range of what I've seen my smallish-meduim guys do in the past at the same point your guy is at now.
