September - November are molting seasons for Indonesian land hermit crabs. Yesterday I caught one of my female large indo molted. :shock:

hang on, thats a sunset crab. isnt that phsudoruggos. what are they like as pets

Sunset = Komurasaki = Coenobita violascens

Sunrise = light phased Coenobita perlatus ( "C.pseudorugosus" is a misidentification by a Japanese scientist since he had never seen light / candy-striped colored strawberries ).
