Sooo my one hermit crab just dug down in the sand and I think shes going to molt. She doesn't really dig around much so Im pretty sure shes going to molt. I didn't detect any molting signs so I didn't put her in a different tank. My other hermit crab loves to dig around and Im afraid that he's going to mess with her when she's molting. What should I do?

You can tell her this...
Its not at all necessary to iso a molter. If the sub is deep enough the molter should be safe! Keep a close eye if you see any violence then iso one or the other, the whole act of iso-ing a molter can cause more stress. Molting is just as stressful for us as the crabs! We worry about our babies probably more than they do while they are down!
