Blackberry

One of my crabs, Blackberry, has presumably been down molting for a good two weeks, I think. She is in between small and tiny size, so maybe extra small? Anyways, I was moving the tank a bit to rearrange the heat pad (tape came off...) And I saw her little legs. She did not react to me, she just sat there. do you think I really damaged her cave by moving the tank a bit? Also, for a extra small crab, how long does molting take?

If the cave collapsed it could cause a molting issue depending what stage the crab is in. At this point I would not do anything , no digging or moving the tank since it could cause more problems.

Every crab takes a different amount of time. Our captive bred would molt in a few days. The longest part is them waiting to find a "good" spot and recovery time. Molting can take anywhere from a week up to two months, or longer depending on the crab. Just guessing based on your description, I would guess 3-6 weeks would be an average time.
