Scuttle is back up from a molt already?

Hey everyone! My oldest hermit crab Scuttle just came back up early this morning with both lower pieces of his back legs (the ones that my newer crab, now named Ravager, ripped off) completely regrown! He seems to be doing well so far, already eating and moving around. I was really starting to miss him, I'm so glad he's resurfaced.
BUT... he was only underground for about three weeks. Should I be a little concerned about that? Last time he molted it took nearly four months for him to resurface. I don't know if hermit crabs can molt that quickly, or if Scuttle just went down in his cave to regrow his legs and not fully molt. It also could have been the switch from the natural temperature and humidity from Delaware to Pennsylvania and needing a heat mat on the tank, but I'm not sure.
I've also verified that it was Scuttle in the shell and not Ravager stealing shells again. Scuttle has always been paler than Ravager. When I had gently picked up the crab, I saw a paler pincher claw just like Scuttle's.
