It's little bit weird since this ruggie still uses its left pincer to close this sinistral shell openning:

Awesome, you must be feeding him right for that nice deep pink coat, I'm jealous :twisted:
Currently No Hermit Crabs until I am out of college, but I have over 5 years of crabbing experience, and much advice to offer :)

very pretty! i am so jealous!l kathy has a rug like that as well! 5 of my pp's have the same color as the 1st picture.

What are you feeding him? I would love to see any of my Rugs come up that color :), it's absolutely gorgeous. Congrats on the good -- and colorful -- molt!!

He got a chance to feed on ripe pandanus fruit ( it's difficult to get it in big city like JKT ), coconut, fruit, and baked shrimp skin.
