My 2 1/2 month molter came up last night!!!

Here is my original post.

http://www.hermitcrabassociation.com/ph ... hp?t=56817

My husband noticed he was up this morning.

Funny story....PRincess went down mid Dec. well...then we were left with one....well...I had gone to Pet Smart several times, but never bought more crabs. I felt sorry for the other one. I finally bought 2 in feb. Well...the night we got them, the kids were like ooohhhh aaahhh...they named them...they chose which one was theirs, etc.

THe next morning, one of the new crabs were gone...yup..underground....
the other new crab, trashed my tank....and changed shells and changed shells again!

Our other crab became sooo energetic with the little one in there.

Well...last week, our other older crab went underground. So I guess we are gonna have a long wait....THEN the other new one 2 days ago, went underground....

So for 2 days we have had a ghost tank...until today!!!!!

thought I would update!!! my husband was very impressed that our crab molted w/o dying. He told me several times over the last month or so that "It's dead, It's dead" So..he was really impressed. so lets hope the others have success too.

trust me I did!! He told me he was impressed that I have kept our 2 originals alive since vacation. Of course, I would not have if I had not found you all.

I will have to take a pix. I need to get bigger shells....Princess had this one when it went under, so I am sure she could use a change!
