Okay, Sirius Black just came up like five seconds ago. His skin is all fresh and new, and he was gone for almost a month. The only problem is that he really does look kinda hairy, and I am scared he has mites. How do I cure him if he does?

Hairy is normal! New exo comes with little hairs all over it. On some crabs it's barely noticeable while other crabs come up looking like Sasquatch. It's just another sign that he's freshly molted.
Mites are little tiny bugs that move around on the crab - different look entirely.

Thank G-d!!
He also has black sharp tips at the end of his legs. He is a little more shy then usual. (he is generally shy) So I will leave him to his crabby ways.
Yeah I waited over a month and I seriously thought I was doing something wrong to kill him. But now look at him freshly molted!!
But yeah is there anything I can do for him now that he is out of the ground?

Provide him with good foods. Proteins, calcium and coconut for the fast/oils. He should be pretty hungry now after molting and coming up.

The little black "toenails" are just another sign of a successful molt. Congrats!
