HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Jaws just recently finish molting and I had notice today that he is missing a leg. Is it possible for a crab to lose a leg while molting?? He must of switch shells with Spindle cause now they are in each other shells.

If he's missing a leg and he's in another crab's shell it's possible that they engaged in a shell fight and that's how he lost it.
