Wrong size?

Sebastian changed to one of the new shells last night. I found his old shell exactly where he was last night and the new shell had not moved in fact, I keep all my shells opening up, I assume he dragged himself over to the shell without his old shell on and slide in. This seems really odd to me so I'm afraid the shell is to big or heavy for him yet he has decided he want it. Anyone experience this and do you think the new shell is too big? I should add he has been up from molting for about two weeks and has not changed his shell since I got him in January so I knew he was probably needing to, which is why I got the shells but I ordered to large I think.

I've had them choose larger, it's how little Napoleon got his name. Just make sure there are smaller shells available so he can change. He may just be giving the big one a test drive.
