omigosh! I am soooo going to try this! I got Scooby July of last year, he's had several molts and yet will NOT get out of that nasty, chipped, painted shell! I have about 25 shells in there, and rotate others in and out, I boiled them and leave some salt water in them, some I tried fresh water in... ALL my other crabbies change shells nicely, but he's a stinkpot!

I KNOW Shaggy's gonna go nuts over this... he LOVES whenever I even MOVE a shell- he goes and investigates and tries it on.

If this works I will kiss you! (only virtually, of course LMBO)

okay, I did the olive oil. So far EVERYONE has investigated the shells and I think licked them LMBO! But other than that no shell swaps. Could happen later of course, I'll keep you updated.

Scooby poked around at the shells but was FAR more interested in the still slightly warm organic oatmeal with raspberries and blueberries. Actually, that's been the BIG hit with all of them tonight LOL!
