Hello,
I made some measurements of my hermit crabs and need help with purchasing the correct growth shells. I am looking for some suggestions!

If you're going with turbo shells, then matching the size they're in now would actually give them the right amount of room because of the difference in shape and volume. The smaller one probably needs at least a 1 inch opening, and the larger one would do great with 1&1/16 or 1&1/8 if you can find them.
I would suggest T. fluctosus (Mexican or Striped turbos) or T. petholatus (Tapestry turbos) as these two species of shell are the most popular with purple pinchers. If funds are an issue, just go with the larger sizes, your smaller guy likely won't mind the extra room and that way they can share.
