Hermit crab safe?

I raise dubia roaches as feeders for my reptiles and make my own roach food. I add crested gecko diet to the other ingredients and was wondering if I could add a little to my home made hermit crab food. Here are the ingredients:

Ingredients: Dried Banana, Whey Protein Isolate, Dried Papaya, Rice Bran, Dried EggWhite, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Dried Coconut Milk, Spirulina, Beet Juice Powder, Lecithin, Bee Pollen, Direct Fed Microbials (Dried Aspergilus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus subtilis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Enterococcus faecium, Fermentation Products), Mixed Tocopherols ,Choline Chloride, Ferrous Sulfate, dl-AlphaTocopheral, Beta Carotene, Inositol, Niacin, Kelp Meal, Ascorbic Acid, Cholecalciferol, Potassium Chloride, Riboflavin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Vitamin A, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Biotin, Folic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Sulfur, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin B12.



Guaranteed Analysis: Crude Protein Min 21%, Crude Fat Min 4.5%, Crude Fiber Max 8%, Moisture Max 6%

I'm gonna go with no, off hand because of the sulfur.

One of our previous admins raised many species of exotic roaches. I'm going to forward this to her for some more insight.

I'm not crazy about how "fortified" it is. Adding vitamins in those quantities just don't make sense to me, if the food base is high quality. I'd rather have whole foods than individual vitamins and minerals because whole foods have thousands and thousands of phyto-nutrients. Do the crabs eat it on it's own? I wouldn't add anything to a mix that was questionable.

I haven't given them any but I need to mix up some roach food soon and had thought about giving them a little as a treat if it were safe, definitely not as a regular diet. The sulfur is what had me questioning it and I decided not to. They get plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
