pretty much anything I feed my parakeets I can feed hermies -- right?

Hay! I also have one parakeet and two cockatiels. Some of their food is fine for my hermits. Some has a lot of protein, vitamin persevatives or additives in general so i avoid it. A lot of the treats and such are great tho! My hermits also love millet and it will grow in my sub!
