egg question

First thanks for all the help me and my grandson is getting as new owners , question
we going to boil an egg and put some egg shell in is it safe to put in the some white
or yellow eggs

Cooked or raw. Doesn't matter.
raising son's dog, Dante. Husky/hound.
Raising daughter's hermit crabs, Shelder, Paras and Derek. Added 2 more of my own (of course) Pete and Stryper. Former mommy to 2 guinea pigs and beloved cat, Nissi

I personally boil the egg and then simply cut or crack in half. Then just place it in and watch them enjoy.

I throw eggshells in with albumin. They love it.
