Sorry if this is a dumb question. My co-op is selling calcium citrate powder (no additives) and I was wondering if that is a safe calcium source? I tried looking it up but all I couldn’t find anything.
It says that it contains 21% elemental calcium, if that helps. Thanks!

Should be! It is found in citrus, which is safe for hermits
