Safe food list.

Post by C: ClareCrabOwner :) » Wed May 28, 2025 5:12 am

I noticed on the safe food list, some foods have a diamond after them and some don't. Why?

At the bottom of the page, it says:
*This food list is mainly adapted from Summer Michealson and Stacey Arenella's book, The All-Natural Hermit Crab Sourcebook, and expanded on by Julia Crab and others.

And if you scroll waaaayyyy to the bottom, it says:
◇ Denotes HCA Update to the List

Basically the diamond is next to foods that the HCA has added to the original list over the years.

Hope that helps!
