Is yucca powder safe?

Is yucca powder safe?

I'm trying to broaden my crabbies horizons with some dry natural foods, and came across the Healthy Herp Meat Mix (great name, eh? :) ) It contains:Freeze dried chicken, freeze dried beef, freeze dried cod, calcium carbonate, yucca powder.
I checked the safe and unsafe food lists, but couldn't find yucca mentioned... perhaps my eyesight is getting even worse :lol:
anywho, i was curious to know if this would be a good dried protein source for my little guys.

I believe there was another post about this exact stuff and it is safe. Tammy from the crabbage patch even sells it. I believe yucca is okay because someone on here had a branch of it in their crabitat, Josh Nerf if I remember correctly.
Currently No Hermit Crabs until I am out of college, but I have over 5 years of crabbing experience, and much advice to offer :)
