Crickets
I went to Petmart today to either get bloodworms or crickets. The jar of bloodworms was 10 dollars, and i thought that was a little much, and the jar of crickets was 10 dollars too. Then i was this cricket thing, its called, Can O crickets, and it was only 5 dollars. The ingrediants say, Farm Raised Crickets. The only thing im worried about is that it says, for lizards, snakes and amphibians..... Think its ok?

The canned crickets are dead, so no worries about them escaping.
I would think you'd probably have to freeze the leftovers though or they'd spoil once opened. It'd take a really long time for your crabs to eat a whole can of crickets. If you're not squeamish, you could always just buy a couple of live crickets for a few cents each and kill 'em. Cheap and you don't have to explain to dear old mom & dad why there is a big lump o' cricketsicles sharing space in their freezer with the tater tots.
You can also get freeze-dried bloodworms at Wal-Mart for around $2-3.
