Baby Food?

Is baby food okay to feed hermit crabs? I would only buy the ones that have water and the vegetable/fruit/meat as the only ingredients. I was wondering because I've seen some people say that it was okay and some people swear that it's not. And if it is okay, what flavors do your crabs like the best?

Look for organic baby food it is usaly just fruit.
"no more pet!" or so he said ;)
