Once again, freshly dug holes where I put my seeds. I have some determined crabs! Lol!

Just picked some organic chia seeds up from Wal-Mart. Going to plant some tonight and see what happens...

I thought it was safe to try growing chia seeds again a few days ago as my notorious chia seed eater, King Felix, is still underground. No dice as my smallest guy, Charles Paris, has been digging them up, too. Ah, well! At least he's getting something yummy to eat  .

I'm pretty sure they aren't digging them up bc the sub is always smooth...

Spray with water? Sprinkle on sub then sprinkle sub on top. Ideally just spray it once a day. Mine grows like crazy, its really a race on how fast they grow next to how fast the crabs mow them down lol. They grow support fast for 6-8 days then abruptly die for you to start all over! Good luck!

Mine are growing great. I spray mine once a day. Are your seeds whole seeds that are not cooked? I noticed there were several varieties at the health food store I purchased mine from. Good luck!
