Apples
Carrots
Celery
Almonds
Banana
Chicken (treats) (no seasoning)
cucumber
SUPA DUPA PUREE U NEED TO TRY:
apples (with skin and seeds/stem)
Carrots
Banana
Assorted Greens (not iceburg)
If you have a picky eater who does NOT like meat or things with a lot of protein you can throw some of that in too (Meat, krill, protein powder, ect.)
Blend it all up in one nice puree and spoon in it the bowl. Your Crabbies will go out of their shells for this stuff. It's like liquid gold. XD

1/30 Plankton, Blood worms, River shrimp, Oak bark, Rose hips and Bee pollen.
2/1 I made a mush of boiled celery (boiled to make it easy to mush), banana and mango. In another bowl I added amaranth (from Wode's garden) and dried crickets.
I love how banana has such a strong smell that many come out to investigate

I honestly don't know why I didn't think to do this over the past 2.5 years, I've always just kept it plain!
I baked a honey glazed chicken wing for them

OK so I've decided to go ahead and give Big Fat Gecko Smoothie a try on the crabs (I have it on hand for the crested geckos). Ingredients are: hemp nut protein, yellow pea protein isolate, figs, coconut flour, peaches, pears, dates, bee pollen, apricots, sweet potatoes, dried cane juice, sprouted brown rice protein, New Zealand whey protein, dried honey, quinoa flour, highest quality algae premix (kelp, red marine algae, dulse, spirulina, chlorella, Irish moss), acerola cherries, moringa leaf, yeast, carrots, mushroom blend, miner-all, bananas, rose hips, mulberries, lucuma fruit, blueberries, sea buckthorn, parsley, tapioca, rosemary, turmeric, paprika.
*if anyone thinks any of these are unsafe, please let me know*
Also on the menu: dried guava, pecans, dried butternut squash seeds/guts, dried carrots, dried broccoli, dried romaine, dried endive, dried "herb mix" salad greens, dried crickets.
ETA: removed the BFG and added some sea lettuce, seaweed, krill, and crushed shells.

Oooh, good catch! Thanks!
ETA: Oh shoot, and buckthorn. Also I noticed mulberry leaves are on there when I could have sworn I was told they were safe.

Today I served rice, pecans, chicken, and apple sprinkled with spirulina. Because I change their food daily i always give them some of the leftover food in the dish if it doesn't look or smell spoiled. So they also got spinach soy bean and river shrimp.
