I think somewhere I read it has as much nutritional value as the fruit itself but I just wanted to verify.

Banana peel would also contain a lot of pesticide residue, so you would want it to be organic if you did offer it.

Can hermit crabs eat orange 🍊 Peel? I saved some orange peel and it dried out is it okay if I give my hermit crab some "orange peel jerky?"

I wouldn't see a problem with that. Just as long as you washed it really well to get any chemical residues off of the outside. Even if it's organic I'd wash it anyway. You never know what's touching the produce at the store lol. Image You could try grating the peel into flakes and see if they munch on it that way. I have a hand grater I use for apples to make applesauce for them.

The husk is fine, but it probably won't be as nutritious as the fruiting body itself.
