Yep, plain Knox is what I've been using. :wink: The only ingredient should be gelatin. :)

I remember making jello for my kids when they were small, and adding unflavored gelatin to make the end gel firmer. It stayed nice and solid at room temps, so maybe just adding extra packets would make yours stay solid too.

The kids loved the jello treats because they could eat them with their fingers, no need for a bowl and spoon. Some years later I saw an ad for jello for making the same thing only in little molds in cute shapes like stars and animals.
