I would just put some in a bowl with a little bit of their dechlorinated water and put it in the microwave for about 10-15 sec. You can also drizzle honey on it to make it extra yummy :D

But you don't have to. I often just sprinkle uncooked rolled oats in their dish. They really like them. :)

At the moment the crabs have assorted dried greens, fruit, peanuts, maple leaves/twigs, and some Gardner's crab food. I tossed in some fresh strawberry tops, carrot tops, and eggshell too.

Mine really like the sun dried gammarus but they also eat the sun dried krill well. I'm not sure what or if there's a difference? They eat both of those better than fresh shrimp (that we would eat).

Mine eat raw salmon better than cooked. It's not something they go crazy over and swarm but they do definitely pick at it, sometimes dragging it around a bit.

I got some of my new crabbie treats in the mail today so the babies are getting spoiled a bit for dinner tonight.

For dinner they are enjoying fresh apples, crushed amaranth heart cookies from the Hermit Crab Garden, Powdered Shrimp and omelette I made for them tonight with whole eggs, egg shell, freeze dried mysis shrimp, nori flakes, chopped red peppers &wheat germ cooked in coconut oil.

I also replaced all the calcium in their calcium pit. I ground up some eggshells with the wonderful sample of dried hibiscus I received from Sach with my last order...I also got some powdered mineral supplement and powdered coral with powdered honey from the hermit crab patch as well as a new big bag of worm castings.

The crabbies should be happy campers tonight :)

Today is pureed papaya, sardines, dried greens, shredded carrot, quinoa, a blackberry, and an apple peanut butter star. In the smaller dish is mineral supplement, hibiscus coral, and bee pollen from THCP.

Back to dried today...stupid fruit flies.

Crabapple leaves and blooms, mixed dried flowers, mixed dried veggies, krill, squash flax treats, and the bits left at the bottom of the cricket jar.
