I have some canned pineapple I want to give my crabs the only questionable ingredient is citric acid? Is this harmful to crabs? I was also wondering if I got sunflower seeds, the ones that have the flavor on the shell, if I just take the seed out of the shell, would it be okay for my crabs?

Citric acid in naturally in pineapple, so it's fine!
But with the sunflower seeds I'd assume just the seeds are safe. I've given my crabs this organic chip thing that had sunflower, pumpkin, poppy and some other seed on it. THere;s nothing about a sunflower seed that would strike me as unsafe,
