HCA: Hermit Crab Association

So, I get this mix all the time as I love it, and other than the dressing packets and I imagine the seed/fruit packet probably has added salt or sugar I won't trust.
From what I've seen, everything else is safe though. Just want to confirm as one isn't on either, though there's a conversation regarding it. I am mostly wondering as I have a full bag that I unfortunately forgot about, so it's no longer edible by my standards. I put it in the freezer (after removing the dressing and seeds as they're still fine) for now.

Kale
Green Cabbage
Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Chicory * the one I can't confirm

I've given them chicory, never even stopped to think about it. It comes up in the Mesclun mix I used to plant.

I'm paranoid, so check everything heh I really just wanted someone to confirm, thank you!
