Freeze dried vs dried fruits and berries

Is there a difference between regular dried berries and freeze dried berries when feeding? What is your guys crabs favorites? I was thinking raspberries, goji berries, and blueberries. I guess my question is will the drying method affect the crabs wanting to eat it? I wish I could do fresh, but berries are hard to get here, let alone organic. I'm lucky to get organic apples sometimes! I'm looking to give them a variety of berries I couldn't normally find....so expensive. But, it's worth it. Dried fruit lasts is my justification. Lol

My guys like their dehydrated foods just fine. They all come out in droves at dinnertime, even if I don't mist the tank. When I offer fresh foods I don't see a difference in their behavior towards the fresh foods versus the fresh foods. I would like to think they'd prefer fresh because I would, but I see any indication that is true.

My crabs seem to prefer dried fruits to fresh. I think that it is because the natural sugars are concentrated in a dried option. (Don't get dried fruits with added sugar).
