Henbit is a wild, human-edible member of the mint family, so I was wondering if anyone has tried it with hermit crabs. Closely related is purple dead nettle, also a member of the mint family, so I'd think that if one were okay the other would be as well. Anyone with experience?
Thanks!
Is henbit a safe food?
Re: Is henbit a safe food?
Just going by memory here, but I think mints are to be avoided for hermit crabs. Which is a shame because I have so much access to wild catnip!!!
